My recent in-store visit, which led to this online complaint, was truly disheartening and forms the basis of my terrible online shopping experience feedback. I encountered what I can only describe as a "super stuck up hypocritical sales person." They were so nice when I came in and looked at watches, but then didn't even bother to respond or say goodbye when I left without buying. This kind of dismissive attitude pushed me to take my business elsewhere, specifically to CH Jewelers next door, where I found better selection and, crucially, better customer service. I felt compelled to share this experience and engage with customer service because no one should be treated this way.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about a really disappointing experience I had in your store recently. I felt completely ignored and disrespected by one of your sales associates. CS Rep: I'm so sorry to hear that. Please tell me more about what happened and when you visited? We certainly don't want any customer to feel that way. Customer: Well, I was looking at watches, and while the selection was nice, the salesperson's attitude quickly turned terrible. After I didn't immediately buy something, they just stopped engaging. No goodbye, nothing. It felt incredibly rude and dismissive. CS Rep: That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for that unprofessional experience.
