Customer: My online Rolex order, #12345, hasn't updated from "processing" in two weeks. This is a huge purchase, and I'm beyond frustrated.
CS Rep: I apologize for this, truly. Let me check order #12345 immediately. I understand your concern for such a significant item.
Customer: I just need to know where my watch is. The anxiety of it being lost due to bad tracking is unacceptable for a premium experience.
